Returns Policy
As a small, start up business, unfortunately we cannot offer a return policy for the time being. All sales are considered final and not eligible for refund or exchange. We promise to be diligent in the entire process of embroideing clothing, packaging it, and shipping it to you. As business (hopefully) grows, we will implement a returns policy once it becomes feasible.

- Order Processing - Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of receipt

- We ship anywhere in the U.S. within the 48-contiguous states
- Please note there may be additional costs to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories
- Shipping will be calculated during checkout based on weight and distance
